1. Prevention is the most effective self defense move

Before the attacker gains full control on you, you need to do every possible thing you can and conserve as much energy as possible to make a run for yourself when you get the chance. Hitting the most effective body parts where the damage level is maximum would be the ideal choice. These parts include nose, eyes, neck, groin, legs, knees and most common between the legs.
4. Maximize damage
When you confront with the assaulter, you need to use your
knees, elbows and head hit the sensitive body parts, which will
assist you in maximizing the damage level. You can also use
everyday products as a weapon that you carry such as a pen, which
you can hold in your palm while walking in a dark street. Spray and
perfumes are commonly used by women to weaken the eyesight of the
attacker.
